Advertising Disclosure

Last Updated: 28 August 2026

CasinoGam uses affiliate links, and we earn commission when readers sign up through those links. You will find these affiliate links on all of our casino review pages – and we earn money on a revenue share basis without proprietary details. Effectively, when a user clicks on our affiliate link and creates an account at the designated casino, we receive a payment.

Please Note: We never accept payment for ranking positions in any form on our website. There are no “sponsored slots” on our lists, and we do not accept payment from casinos to write a positive review for them.

As per our editorial guidelines, our team determines rankings and scores based on a series of criteria when reviewing online casinos. You can see a full list of the criteria – complete with which features are deemed the most “valuable” – by checking out our How We Review Casinos page.

Full Editorial Independence at All Times

Our commercial arrangements have zero bearing on our reviews and do NOT influence rankings, scores or any of the content we create. CasinoGam only ever produces fair and unbiased reviews that are based on our own experience testing and using the site in question.

If you consult our Editorial Policy, you’ll see that we follow strict guidelines when creating content and ensure that we present the facts with links to key authoritative sources. We will never make it seem like an online casino is better or safer than it really is, just because we obtain commission through affiliate links.

Speaking of which, if a partner underperforms so badly in our reviews that it sets off multiple red flags, we will remove it from our lists regardless of our commercial relationship. This also applies to casinos we’ve reviewed in the past: if updates arise that make the site worse for players to use, we’ll reduce the score to reflect this and may remove the site entirely.

We appreciate that some users are sceptical of affiliate links and may not wish to click them. That is completely understandable, and we respect your decision – you are never forced to click on our links at any time. As previously noted, you will find affiliate links on every casino review page, but there is a way of distinguishing between an affiliate link and an editorial link that points to external sources:

  • All of our affiliate links use rel=’sponsored’ or rel=’nofollow’ attributes, as per Google’s webmaster guidelines
  • Editorial links will use standard links without either of these attributes in the URL

You can hover over links or copy the URL to check if it has the attributes listed above – if it does, then you know it’s an affiliate link, and we will potentially earn money from your click.

We should also make it clear that the content around our affiliate links is written by real people. CasinoGam does its best to give you genuinely useful and informative content/reviews that help you in one way or another. We will not create AI-generated content just to try to encourage you to click our affiliate links. With that in mind, if you’d like to learn more about the humans behind our reviews, then feel free to Meet The Team.

CAP/ASA Compliance

Our content follows the latest UK advertising standards stipulated by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), and we constantly check the latest updates to ensure we always align with the current rules & regulations.

In particular, the content on this site follows CAP Code Section 16 on gambling advertising, as well as rules relating to affiliate marketing disclosure, responsible gambling messaging, and the protection of vulnerable audiences.

CasinoGam also makes sure to follow the detailed guidance put forward by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for online reviews and affiliate marketing under the UK’s consumer protection framework. This includes creating reviews that are real, transparent and not at all misleading. You will also see clear information and signs that tell you if we receive commission from an affiliate link on any page.
